Tila may pasaring si Se¬nate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson sa kanyang post sa social media noong Lunes at nitong Martes.
“A wise man once taught me – the best res¬ponse to nonsense is silence,” sabi ni Lacson sa X [dating Twitter] noong Lunes.
Binanggit naman ng senador nitong Martes ang isang kasabihan na ang pinakamaingay sa silid ay siyang pinakamahina.
“There is one saying – The loudest one in the room is the weakest. He is very vocal, boastful and aggressive so he can create an image of strength through noise. It is best to ignore and make him stand on an empty platform,” sabi pa ni Lacson.
Ginawa ng senador ang post matapos mag-privilege speech si Senador Rodante Marcoleta noong Lunes at batikusin si Lacson dahil hindi man lang nagbigay ng courtesy nang iharap sa Senate Blue Ribbon committee ang testigong si Marine MSgt. Orly Guteza.
