Bumagsak sa kamay ng Philippine National Police-Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) ang limang bigtime ‘tulak’ na nagresulta sa pagkakasabat ng nasa P4.7 milyong halaga ng shabu sa lungsod ng Taguig.
Ayon kay PDEG chief Brig. Gen. Eleazar Matta, dakong alas-5:45 ng hapon nitong Lunes nang arestuhin sina “Maeng,” 55, ng Tramo St., San Dionisio, Parañaque City at “Tong,” 32, ng Purok 7 FTI, Taguig sa Langka Road, Western Bicutan, Taguig City.

Nasa 4 na heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets na tinatayang nasa 200 gramo na may halagang P1.3 milyon at non-drug evidence ang nakumpiska mula sa tatlo.
“The successful buy-bust operation carried out by the PNP-DEG has effectively dismantled a dangerous drug group, safeguarding local communities from further harm. With millions of pesos worth of illegal drugs seized, this operation has greatly contributed to the safety of the area. The community continues to place their trust in the PNP-DEG to ensure their streets remain secure,” ani Matta.
